By downloading, installing, or using AeroRoster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and José María Cervantes Rísquez (operating as CervanApps). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

AeroRoster is an independent productivity tool designed to help crew members parse their roster PDF files and synchronize them with their personal digital calendars. AeroRoster is provided as a utility and is not an official airline tool.

3. User Responsibility and Disclaimer (Critical)

• Verification: You acknowledge that automated parsing of PDF files may occasionally contain errors due to format changes or technical limitations. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all synced events against your official airline roster before relying on them for duty, flights, or any professional obligation.

• No Liability: José María Cervantes Rísquez shall not be held liable for any missed duties, late arrivals, disciplinary actions, or any other consequences resulting from inaccuracies in the synchronized calendar data.

•"As Is" Basis: The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

4. No Airline Affiliation

AeroRoster is an independent project developed by José María Cervantes Rísquez. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Air Nostrum, Iberia, or any other airline or entity mentioned within the application. All trademarks and names are the property of their respective owners.

5. In-App Contributions

•Contributions made within the app are voluntary donations intended to support the ongoing development and maintenance of AeroRoster.

•These contributions are final and non-refundable. They do not constitute the purchase of a professional service level agreement or a guarantee of future updates.

6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
