This Privacy Policy describes how José María Cervantes Rísquez (operating as CervanApps) handles your information when you use the AeroRoster mobile application.

1. Data Collection and Usage

AeroRoster is designed with a "Privacy First" approach. We believe your data belongs to you.

Roster Files (PDF): When you select a roster PDF, the text is extracted and processed locally on your device. Your roster data is never uploaded to our servers.
Calendar Access: The app requires permission to access your calendar to create and manage the "AeroRoster" calendar. This access is strictly used to insert, update, or delete flight and shift events as directed by you.
Local Storage: The app saves your synchronized events in a local database on your device to enable offline viewing and duplicate prevention.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:

Google Play Services: For application distribution and core functionality.
Google Calendar API: To synchronize your roster with your Google account.
Google Play Billing: If you choose to support the developer via in-app contributions, Google handles the payment processing. We do not see or store your credit card details.

3. Permissions

To provide its services, AeroRoster may request:

Storage/File Access: To allow you to select and read your roster PDF.
Calendar Permissions: To write and manage your roster events.

4. Data Security

Since most of your data stays on your device, its security depends on your device's security settings. We do not have access to your rosters or your private calendar events.

5. Responsibility

As stated in our Terms of Service, you are responsible for the data you process. José María Cervantes Rísquez provides the tool but does not manage your personal information.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
