The meshing of these wing geometries are done by selecting the entire geometry with the fluid domain included and setting the growth rate to 1.1 with the element size left at default. With this done, the faces of the wing alone were selected and an face sizing was set. Using this face sizing, the mesh around the wing is refined to an element size of 0.009m and the growth rate set to 1.09. The final refinement was done using an edge sizing. All the wing edges were selected and refined using a number of division system set to 120 divisions. In future calculations, the growth rate should be lowered and a possible inflation layer added to the model. The geometry could also be split along the leading and trailing edges allowing the leading and trailing edges to be refined separately from the top and bottom of the wing. This change could save computational time and make the results more accurate as the leading and trailing edges need to be refined more than the middle section of the wing.
