(240520) Granted Sejong Fellowship by NRF (5 years, 73,000$/year)

The proposal of the research project entitled "Development of AI-based Flow Prediction Framework Considering Versatility and User-Friendliness in Digital Twins" has been selected as a Sejong Fellowship by the National Research Foundation of Korea. The project will start in May 2024 and end in April 2029, for a total of five years. Special thanks to Namwoo Kang, who is my PI and gave me valuable feedback on my proposal. And also thanks to Soo-Ho Jo (Prof. in Dongguk University), Dr. Sanga Lee (researcher in Korea Institute of Industrial Technology), Dr. Dawoon Lee (researcher in Agency for Defense Development), and Yu-Eop Kang (Ph.D. student in SNU) for sharing their insights and feedback!

(240502) Awarded as an Best Paper by KSME conference

My conference paper "Vorticity-aware Physics-informed Neural Networks for 2D Flow field Prediction" was awarded as an best paper in KSME (Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers) conference. This work was collaborated with three researchers including Prof. Yee in SNU and Prof. Romit in PSU.

(240226) Awarded as an outstanding doctoral dissertation by SNU

My PhD thesis "Efficient Aerodynamic Design via Data-driven Approaches" was awarded as an outstanding doctoral dissertation in SNU aerospace engineering. Thanks again to my PI, Prof. Yee in SNU, for his enthusiastic support and encouragement during my PhD.
