テノールを、絶対に続けなさい。
十年という歳月を経て、あの日の約束は、「天命」へと
2015年8月、東京上野。イタリア歌曲の公開講座。朝一番、「この曲を歌いたい人」に応え、学び始めたばかりの男が度胸試しのつもりで手を挙げた。課題曲は、グルック『ああ、わが優しき熱情が』。約100名の受講生が見守るなかでの独唱。隣の長机に座り、今まで数多の声を聴き続け、育てあげてきた講師である彼女は、歌い終えると大きなため息をつき、カッと目を見開き驚きの表情で彼を見上げた。
「なんと綺麗な声かしら。途中でやめてはいけない。テノールを、絶対に続けなさい」
喉の権威・會田茂樹氏が「超絶美しい、極上の外咽頭」と称え、引退を前に「唯一無二の圧倒的になるとも」たゆまぬ鍛錬により、今まさに唯一無二の歌声へと進化を遂げようとしている。特筆すべきは、常識をも揺るがすその可能性。テノールの限界とされる領域を遥かに越え、ハイF、さらにハイGも模索する。
あの日、一人の指導者の魂が震え、今もなお彼を突き動かし続ける、あの眼差しと約束。託されたその一言は、いつしか一生をかける天命となった。道はまだ五合目、未完ではある。だが、その進化の現在地を今、ここに解き放つ。本シリーズは、「テノールの喉をつくる」という最も孤独で過酷な研鑽の場を、共に歩み、真剣に応援してくださる方々へ向けてのみ公開するものです。

鹿児島短期大学専攻科修了後、オーストリア、ドイツへ留学。第III回アルフレード・クラウス国際声楽コンクールにて、第2位、聴衆賞、最優秀ヴェルディ歌唱賞を同時受賞したソプラノ歌手。各国でのコンサート、ウィーン男性合唱団の（ソロ）などをつとめ帰国。鹿児島国際大学にて教鞭を執り、南日本音楽コンクール審査員を歴任するなど、本県の音楽文化の発展に貢献を果たしてきた、ベルカントの真髄を知る一人。

鹿児島大学教育学部音楽専修卒業後、ハンガリーへ留学。リスト・フェレンツ音楽大学ピアノ科大学院修士課程を最高成績で修了(ハンガリー政府奨学金生) 第6回ダヌビア・タレント国際音楽コンクール 第1位をはじめ、国際、国内コンクール優勝・入賞多数。第51回鹿児島市春の新人賞受賞。

【練習内容】
各日の練習曲については予め決めておりません。以下の候補曲を中心に、当日の状況をみながら篠原先生が采配します。
【候補曲】
1. ベルカントと様式美（基礎・古典）均一な響きと完璧なレガートを重視する、すべての歌唱の土台。
Il fervido desiderio（ベッリーニ）
狙い：繊細な旋律で声の柔軟性を養う。イタリア語の母音を繋ぐ基礎。Vaga luna, che argenti（ベッリーニ）
狙い：ムラのないレガートの真髄。純粋なベルカントの発声。Un'aura amorosa（モーツァルト）
狙い：絶え間ない息のコントロール。リリコ・レッジェーロの必須技術。Che farò senza Euridice（グルック）
狙い：高貴な単純さと様式美。低めの音域での響きの安定（本来はアルト声域）。Dies Bildnis ist bezaubernd schön（モーツァルト）
狙い：気品と明晰なドイツ語発音。響きを損なわない子音処理の知性。
2. 詩情と知性（歌曲・内面表現）詩と音楽の密かな対話。弱声（ピアノ）や細やかな語りによる内面的表現。
Ich liebe dich（ベートーヴェン）
狙い：誠実な告白。ドイツ・リートの入り口としての知性。An Silvia（シューベルト）
狙い：軽やかさと優雅さ。詩の情景を音楽で描く抒情性。Widmung（シューマン）
狙い：熱烈な愛。ピアノと一体化したロマン主義の深化。Ideale（トスティ）
狙い：洗練されたイタリア歌曲。オペラとは異なる繊細な感情の揺れ。O del mio amato ben（ドナウディ）
狙い：内省的で深い愛の追憶。古風な様式の中にある濃密な表現。
3. 劇的緊張感とオペラへの架け橋（ヴェルディ・ドラマティズム）歌曲の枠を超えた劇性。中低音の充実と、言葉に込める重みを養う。
Non t'accostare all'urna（ヴェルディ）
狙い：歌曲でありながら、後のオペラに通じる劇的な重厚さと緊張感。De' miei bollenti spiriti（ヴェルディ）
狙い：喜びと焦燥、若々しいエネルギー。レガートと劇的な「勢い」の両立。La donna è mobile（ヴェルディ）
狙い：圧倒的な華やかさと皮肉。テノールとしての「スター性」とリズム感。
4. 官能と写実（フランス・ヴェリズモ）彩豊かな表現と感情の爆発。心に訴える旋律美と劇的な高音（パッサージョ）の克服。
Air de Fleur（ビゼー）
狙い：フランス語の響きと官能的な情熱。繊細な弱声から劇的高音への変化。Dein ist mein ganzes Herz（レハール）
狙い：華やかで甘く抗いがたいメロディ。オペレッタ特有の旋律美。Che gelida manina（プッチーニ）
狙い：写実的な語りから輝かしい高音への躍動。パッサージョの克服。E lucevan le stelle（プッチーニ）
狙い：むせび泣くような表現と生への執着。声の音色による心理描写。

Continue singing tenor, absolutely.
After a decade, that promise became destiny.
August 2015, Ueno, Tokyo. A public lecture on Italian songs. First thing in the morning, responding to the call for “anyone who wants to sing this piece,” a man who had just begun learning raised his hand, intending it as a test of his courage. The assigned piece was Gluck's “Ah, che dolce, che dolce”. A solo performance before an audience of about 100 students. Sitting at the long table beside him was the instructor who had listened to and nurtured countless voices over the years. When he finished singing, she let out a deep sigh, her eyes widening in astonishment as she looked up at him.
“What a beautiful voice. You must never stop. You absolutely must continue as a tenor.”
Shigeki Aida, an authority on the throat, praised it as “superbly beautiful, the ultimate in external pharyngeal resonance.” Before his retirement, he declared it “unique and destined for overwhelming greatness.” Through relentless training, it is now evolving into a truly one-of-a-kind voice. Most remarkable is its potential to defy convention. It far surpasses the perceived limits of the tenor range, exploring high F and even high G.
That day, the soul of a mentor trembled, and that gaze and promise continue to drive him forward. The single word entrusted to him became, over time, his lifelong destiny. The path is still at the halfway point, unfinished. But now, here, he unleashes his current state of evolution. This series is exclusively shared with those who walk alongside him and sincerely support him in the most solitary and grueling training ground: “building a tenor's voice.”

Chizuko Shinohara（Soprano）
After completing the Advanced Course at Kagoshima Junior College, she studied abroad in Austria and Germany. She is a soprano singer who simultaneously won Second Prize, the Audience Award, and the Best Verdi Singing Award at the 3rd Alfredo Kraus International Vocal Competition. She performed in concerts across various countries and as a soloist with the Vienna Male Choir before returning to Japan. She has taught at Kagoshima International University and served as a judge for the Minami Nippon Music Competition, contributing significantly to the development of musical culture in this prefecture. She is one of the few who truly understands the essence of bel canto.

Jion Nakamura
After graduating from Kagoshima University's Faculty of Education, Music Specialization, he studied abroad in Hungary. He completed the Master's program in Piano at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music with the highest honors (Hungarian Government Scholarship recipient).
He has won numerous international and domestic competitions, including First Prize at the 6th Danubia Talent International Music Competition. He received the 51st Kagoshima City Spring New Artist Award.

The specific pieces for each day's practice are not predetermined. Based on the following candidate pieces, Maestra Shinohara will decide on the day's selection according to the circumstances.

1. Bel Canto and Stylistic Beauty (Foundation/Classical) The foundation of all singing, emphasizing uniform resonance and perfect legato.
・Il fervido desiderio (Bellini): Cultivates vocal flexibility through delicate melodies.
・Vaga luna, che argenti (Bellini): The essence of seamless legato.
・Un'aura amorosa (Mozart): Requires constant breath control.
・Che farò senza Euridice (Gluck): Noble simplicity and sorrow within stylistic beauty.
・Dies Bildnis ist bezaubernd schön (Mozart): Dignity and clear German pronunciation.
2. Poetic Sensibility and Intellect (Lieder / Inner World) The secret dialogue between poetry and music. Inner expression through pianissimo and delicate narration.
・Ich liebe dich (Beethoven): A sincere confession. Intelligence that embraces the poetry.
・An Silvia (Schubert): Painting the poetic scene with lightness and elegance.
・Widmung (Schumann): Passionate love. Romanticism integrated with the piano.
・Ideale (Tosti): Refined Italian song. Delicate fluctuations of emotion.
・O del mio amato ben (Donizetti): Introspective, profound recollections of love.
3. Sensuality and Realism (French/Puccini) Colorful expression and emotional outbursts. Melodic beauty that speaks to the heart and dramatic high notes.
・Che gelida manina (Puccini): Dynamic leap from delicate narration to brilliant high notes.
・E lucevan le stelle (Puccini): Sobbing expression and clinging to life.
・Air de Fleur (Bizet): The resonance of French and sensual passion.
・Dein ist mein ganzes Herz (Lehár): A brilliant, sweet, irresistible melody.
4. Dramatic Structure of the Golden Age (Verdi) Vocal power and intense characterization. The consummate form where technique, stamina, and expressiveness unite.
・De' miei bollenti spiriti(Verdi): Joy and impatience, youthful energy.
・La donna è mobile (Verdi): Overwhelming brilliance and irony. The symbol of the tenor.
・Non t'accostare all'urna (Verdi): Dramatic tension transcending the bounds of song.
