Flight Exercise 2

Objectives: 

1. Conduct a preflight inspection of the aircraft and Ignis 2  

2. Demonstrate setup and configuration of the aircraft and Ignis 2.

   • Enter a geofence which encompasses the entire exercise.

   • Enter flight lines with the correct spacing.

   • Configure the GCS to what was discussed with the FIRB.

   • Configure the sensor.

   • Ball Drift (exercises)

     1. Dry fire a line and perform a sudden stop. Note the distance the ball travels. 

     2. Climb to 500 feet AGL - drop two balls, verify location vs intention. 

     3. Perform ball drops along a close visible line with a corner turn to demonstrate sway/arc.

3. Demonstrate proper radio procedures.

4. Successfully complete the mission.
