Flight Exercise 1

Objectives:

1. Conduct a preflight inspection of the aircraft.

2. Demonstrate setup and configuration of the aircraft and camera.

   1. Download the appropriate base maps.

   2. Identify launch locations with the lowest likelihood of interference

      1. Attributes of a suitable launch location

      2. Distance to the furthest edge of the burn unit.

      3. Distance from a containment line (Decrease the distance flown over the green)

      4. Proximity to alternative landing areas.

      5. Other

   3. Configure the GCS.

   4. Configure the sensor.

3. Demonstrate proper radio procedures.

4. Successfully complete the mission
