By using Aera Calm, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Medical Disclaimer
Aera Calm is a wellness and productivity tool. It is NOT a medical device. Our content (ambient sounds, focus routines, and rituals) is for informational and relaxation purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any sleep disorder or medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (Apple) or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Pricing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use Aera Calm only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google or Apple account used to sign in to Aera Calm.
4. Limitation of Liability
Aera Calm and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or inability to use the app.
5. Intellectual Property
All audio, design, and code within Aera Calm are the property of Aera Calm or its licensors. You may not distribute, modify, or reuse this content without written permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms.
7. Standard EULA
By using this app, you also agree to be bound by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) unless otherwise specified.
