Usage Data: Includes information about how you use our app, such as your saved sound mixes, playlists, and focus routines.
Technical Data: Includes device type, operating system, and basic app performance logs.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly to:
Synchronize your personalized experience across devices.
Provide access to Premium features via your subscription status.
Improve app performance and stability.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to power Aera:
Supabase: For secure data storage and authentication.
RevenueCat: For managing your subscription status.
Google: For secure authentication via Google Sign-In.
Apple: For secure authentication via Sign in with Apple.
4. Data Deletion
We believe you should have total control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app settings (Profile > Account Info > Delete Account). This process is immediate and permanent.
5. Payment Data
We do not collect or store your financial information. All subscription purchases are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We only receive a transaction identifier and a subscription token from RevenueCat to verify your premium access.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover such data, we delete it immediately.
7. Data Location
Your information is stored securely on Supabase cloud servers. By using Aera Calm, you consent to the transfer and storage of your information on these servers.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.
