Environmental Poster Competition

Poster Rules:

Rule 1: Online registration is required.

Rule 2: Do not copy from internet or other sources (Plagiarism leads to disqualification).

Rule 3: Students may submit individual poster or work with one partner. Partners must register together on one form. No student may submit more than one poster.

Rule 4: Students must set up their poster, remain with it throughout their judging period, and remove it at the end of the day. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for anything that is left.

Rule 5: Students must be prepared to answer judges’ questions about the content and development of their poster; they should not give a formal narrative in response to the questions.

Rule 6: Students must carry all necessary materials.

Rule 7: A label must be attached to the poster with the student's name, mobile number, and School/ College/ Institute/University name.

Rule 8: Students are solely responsible for the security and safety of their belongings.

Hand made poster size: (For School Student only)

Rule 9: Overall poster size must be no more than 59.4 cm wide, and 42 cm high. The poster must fit in this space.

Research poster size: (For BSc, BTech, MSc, MTech and PhD student)

Abstracts are invited online not exceeding 250 words.

Rule 10: Size of the research poster must be 3 feet (36 inch) wide, and 4 feet (48 inch) high. This size will be fit in respective allotted space. Preferably use paper for printing.

Rule 11: Incomplete application will be rejected.

Rule 12: If partners are in different grade levels, the project will be judged in the grade category of the higher grade level. For example, if Student #1 is in grade 10, and Student #2 is in grade 12, the project will be judged in the 12th grade category.

Rule 13: Participants and their parents and/or guardians must abide by all rules and other judgments set for by the Organizing Committee. Failure to do so may result in the participant’s disqualification.

Rule 14: Separate evaluation is carried out for two different categories.
