MS / Integrated MS-PhD / PhD position for International Students
(Postdoc position is open starting from March in 2025)

The specific research areas are as follows:

1. DFT calculations

2. DFT based machine learning

3. High-throughput calculations

in the fields of atomic layer deposition, energy storage materials, catalytic materials.

• MS / Integrated MS-PhD / PhD candidates with a background in materials science, chemistry, physics or a related field are encouraged to apply.

연구 분야

1.  ALD 공정 실험

2.  ALD 공정 전산유체 시뮬레이션

3.  지능형 반도체 소자 실험

권장 전공: 신소재, 화학, 물리, 기계, 전자공학 관련 학과

• 석사과정생: 반도체 분야 취업/학계 진출에 관심 있는 학생 우선 선발

• 학부연구원(3~4학년): 본교 대학원 석사과정 또는 학석사과정 진학 예정인 학부생 선발

[지원 내용 (혜택)]

- 대학원 등록금 전액 지원

- 학회 참석 지원 (해외학회 포함)

- 연구 인센티브 지원

- 연차: 총 18 일

- 근무 시간(월 - 목): 9am to 5pm (금: 9am to 4pm)

- 학부연구생은 시험기간 이전 주부터 자율출퇴근 (약 2주 간 출근하지 않아도 됨)
