2025 Mammoth Bus Trip Dates

Time to start doing leg squats!  We need to strengthen those leg muscles for our upcoming ski trips.  Here are the Cheddar Up links for our AEA Ski & Board Club 2025 Mammoth Bus Trips.  Each trip has a fun theme!

1.      January 24-26, 2025 (2 days).  Theme: JAPOW!

2.      February 27-March 2, 2025  (3 days).  Theme: Hawaiian

Club Member Prices: $465 for 2-day trips.  $650 for 3-day trips.

-  Trip Warriors receive $10 off.

Trip Price includes:

• NEW lodging at 1849 Condos for January, March & April trips. Just steps away from Canyon Lodge. More spacious. Super comfy.

• For February, lodging at Mammoth Estates Condos near The Village.

• Roundtrip private bus transportation from Aerospace Corporation to Mammoth Mtn. with water soft drinks, movies

o Departure: Loading starts at 4:30 pm at Aerospace Corporation El Segundo Parking Lot. (Parking lot

is gated and guarded.) Leave at 5:30 pm. Bring a $1 to place your bet on our arrival time. Winner

takes the pot.

o Sunday return: Leave Mammoth 4 pm sharp. Arrive approximately 10 pm.

Light continental breakfast provisions

• Saturday night Happy Hour with snacks. BYOB (Bring your own beverage)

• Optional dinner for Sunday night bus ride can be purchased on departure day. Dinner Price is TBD. Bring

cash and attached order form filled out with your choices.

Lift tickets are not included. Most members purchase the IKON Pass.

Refunds are provided if (1) the trip fills up and (2) the club or you find a replacement.

Bus trip might be combined with another club or canceled due to poor advanced sales.

If you are not feeling well on the day of the trip, PLEASE stay home and recover.
