Swedish Massage

Relaxation massage uses techniques designed to relax muscles by applying oil and using light stroking movements in the same direction as the blood flow to the heart. As well as being relaxing and de-stressing, it is beneficial to the lymphatic system, increases circulation, removes metabolic waste or toxins, stimulates the skin and relaxes the nervous system.

Dry Needling

Dry needling, like acupuncture, involves inserting sterile, single-use, fine needles into the body to stimulate the nervous system and myofascial tissue to manage pain. Also, needling interferes signal from brain to turn off trigger point. Thus, unwanted contractions of muscle tissue reduce and improve movement.

Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial cupping is a soft tissue therapy that involves creating a negative pressure on the skin to decompress muscle tissues and increase space of interstitium. These draw and hold skin and superficial muscle and fascia inside the cup, creating a sustained stretch and encouraging improved tone in the tissue.
