Role Descriptions
Teacher
Prepares and leads engaging, well-planned lessons with care and clarity. Responsible for classroom setup, cleanup, safety, and guiding assistants to help the day run smoothly.
Teacher Assistant
Shows up ready to jump in and support! Follows the teacher’s lead, stays actively engaged, and steps up as the sub if needed.
Playground Monitor
Keeps a close eye on kids to ensure a safe, fun playtime! Checks gates, watches for safety, and can optionally bring along extra activities to enrich outdoor play.
Nursery Duty
Cares for our littlest learners with attention and kindness. Follows nursery policies and stays actively engaged with the children throughout the shift.
Hall Monitor
Keeps watch in the hallway near bathrooms and water fountains. Helps manage traffic and student behavior in the hall and ensuring teachers can stay focused in the classroom.
Coffee Setup/Tear Down
Keeps the caffeine flowing! Sets up the Keurig station before co-op and packs it up afterward—spreading a little joy in a cup.
Front Playground Cleanup
Keeps the front playground fresh and safe! After co-op this parent/teen picks up trash and uses the leaf blower to clear the area so we can leave the playground as a clean, welcoming space for the next group.
Campus Sweeper
Takes one final, quick walk-through after co-op ends to tidy up the church grounds inside and out —picking up trash, straightening chairs, and making sure we leave every space better than we found it.
