Program and guiding provided by Michael Tilden. Michael is an AMGA-SPI Climbing Instructor, Recreation Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

He has worked in high adventure programs, guiding operations, wilderness therapy, and traditional therapy for over 15 years. He has created three separate and highly successful therapeutic/enrichment adventure programs for at-risk youth and families. He has worked extensively with children, adolescence, young adults, adults, couples, families, and communities. 

Michael believes in meeting people with empathy and confidence. He believes in helping the heart and mind, and strengthening relationships as well as environmental factors. 

Michael is a happy husband and proud dad of three girls. He loves adventuring with his family. As an avid climber, trail runner, MT biker, paddler, and adventure racer you will find him at playgrounds like Hanging Rock, Pilot Mountain, Wasatch Range, Tetons, and Moab.
