Example of a custom day: The morning launches with a rock climbing challenge designed to forge resilient and trust. This is a dynamic exercise where you'll literally put your faith in one another, communicating and understanding each other's needs to reach new heights.

In the afternoon, you’ll dive into the heart of your relationship. You'll unravel the tangled knots of your Communication Cycles, identifying negative patterns and learning to voice your underlying needs. Or, as a family, you’ll confront the powerful difference between a "Heart at Peace" and a "Heart at War," learning to see each other as allies not obstacles.

As the day progressed, you’ll engage with a primal task: making a primitive fire together. This ancient act serves as a metaphor for your bonds, showing how shared principles and actions can ignite and sustain something truly wonderful.

The day culminates in a powerful moment of reflection around the fire. You’ll share stories of how you both "caught fire" with new insights and understanding. With your hearts warm, you will then begin creating a shared mission statement, a custom declaration of your vision and values that will guide your future.
