One of the most annoying things to have to do when getting around for a volunteering event is search through all the emails you have received just to find where to park. Then you have to search for another that tells you where the sign-in booth is at. And yet another scavenger hunt to find the email with the description of you task.

The messages tab will eliminate the need to search through your overcrowded email by keeping all the messages pertaining to the event you are volunteering at in one simple location. You will easily be able to scroll through the messages sent via the event coordinator within this feature.
