Claire, a college student looking for sporting volunteer opportunities within her community, was very excited to get started. After research she found an event she wanted to volunteer for. On event day Claire was going through her emails to find all information regarding to her duties. Unfortunately, Claire was found confused on where to go and ended up getting lost and missed almost half of her shift.

Claire’s frustration came from not having an organized application to direct her through her shift.. She asked her peers for help and nobody could help. While she did receive emails on where to go, she could not find the emails quickly enough.
