Concept 2010

Started off with a natural functional movement exercise called the Hamstring Sprinter, followed by the Dual Action Swing. Which simulated the running action, the rest is history. .

Today 2017

We have a list of 20+ natural functional movement exercises, split over the upper and lower body. Including the neck, hands and feet. Designed to strengthen and stabilise the areas we use most, but think of least.

Past 2002

With over 15 years of experience, working in the fitness industry.

I have dedicated over 25 years to learning about resistance training. You will get the best of the best, from what I have learnt and an experience that no other, Personal Trainer could give you.
