The Advanced Pursuit Training (APT) is the highest level of tactical driver certification within the PD.
It is designed to refine, test, and recognize those who have mastered vehicle control, coordination, and leading pursuits under extreme conditions.
Those who complete APT join a small, elite group of drivers trusted to lead pursuits, coordinate units, and represent the RPU standard at its finest.
With APT comes responsibility, discipline, and prestige.

The Advanced Pursuit Training (APT) is an elite certification reserved for Senior Interceptors and Divisional Command. Trainees will be tested on precision driving, tactical decision-making, and composure under pressure.
This course pushes officers beyond standard pursuit operations through high-intensity, scenario-driven assessments designed to refine coordination, control, and communication.
Completion of APT is a mark of excellence — earned only by those capable of performing at the absolute peak of RPU’s pursuit division.
For the sake of keeping this training restricted all the training resources will be kept within the course and no online books will be provided.
