Digital Accessibility Training Options & Pricing Structure

This page outlines pricing options for digital accessibility training modules, including standard institutional licensing and customized training solutions. Pricing reflects organizational size and level of customization while allowing flexibility for one-time licensing without required subscription updates.

Training Delivery Options

Training modules can be delivered in multiple formats to support organizational needs. Modules can be provided as SCORM-compatible files (for integration into HR software) or Learning Management Systems (LMS), allowing organizations to track employee completion, participation, and assessment results. Delivery format may vary depending on organizational needs and licensing requirements.

Standard Training Modules (One-Time Institutional License)

These ready-to-use training modules include video instruction and knowledge checks. Pricing varies based on the number of employees within the organization. Training licenses are based on the number of employees or participants within the purchasing organization. Access to the training materials may not exceed the licensed organizational size without purchasing the appropriate license tier. Ask about a bundle discount when several modules are purchased together.
