Support students ages 18-22 who have graduated with an alternative diploma and have made a team decision to continue with post-high school.
Focus on vocational training, independent living skills, post-secondary education preparation, and community access skills, as well as providing related services such as speech, occupational therapy, and physical therapy, where needed.

Help students with disabilities who dropped out or did not obtain their diplomas during their high school years to obtain their diplomas.
Assist students with disabilities who are pursuing a diploma in other programs such as Adult Education, Youthbuild, etc.
Support students who have an IEP in programs at Ogden-Weber Technical College.
