The Adult Transition Program is a community-based program serving students with disabilities ages 18-22 in the Ogden City School District.
The mission of the Ogden City School District Adult Transition Program is to facilitate students and families in planning for their future, developing skills to encourage independence, and collaborating with agencies that may provide support now and in the future by teaching employment skills, post adult independent living skills, and community skills and preparing students for participation in post-secondary education and training.
