Background strory
Behind this toolkit are four educational training companies from Estonia (OÜ Kasvulava and OÜ Loome, DevelopDesign®), Latvia (Spring Valley) and Slovakia (topcoach). The project partners share a common view, that learning efficiency of adults can be increased with the learner centred approach in the learning process.
Kasvulava
Kasvulava (Stage for growing) is an enterprise that acts in adult education area. We believe in development and growth – not only as inevitability, but also as an opportunity to create a new quality in our lives and to influence those around us.

Topcoach is an innovative educational organization. We believe that change can occur first in us, especially by constant improvement and development – by unlocking the human potential. We focus on trainings, workshops and keynotes for individuals as well as companies.

DevelopDesign®
The DevelopDesign® is a trademark for four training companies. Loome is one of the trademark owners and the official representative in the current project. The company Loome has been in training market since 2008. Our strength is our long-term and diverse experience as trainers and consultants.

Spring Valley
The name of our organization “Spring Valley” speaks for itself – mission and philosophy of our business. During this dynamic period, we work to inspire any company, team and person we train to offer new ideas to develop, encourage for a change, motivate to target daring goals and finally – discover new resources to achieve them.
