Living with wild wolves:
Adrian Sinna was part of a study on wild wolf behavior conducted by the University of San Diego, California.
The study was on the eating patterns of a pregnant wolf before giving birth.
Together with famed wildlife writer and wildlife data analyst Carolina Freeman, Adrian lived with a pack of wild wolves in the Sierra Nevada deserts collecting information and studying wolves.
The study took 2 years to complete.
He gain tremendous knowledge and experience in wolf behavior which he uses today working with Canines.
Breaking-in wild horses:
As part of his work on the family ranch in Utah, Adrian was the sole person to break-in wild horses & make them human friendly and ready to ride.
Working with Mountain Lions:
Apart from having his own resident mountain lion, Adrian has socialized and joined a pack of lions in the Los Angeles basin and San Bernardino mountains.
Adrian was called in to monitor the movement of mountain lions within the Los Angeles basin. Mountain lions have periodically encroached on residential areas and threatened the human population.
Adrian was instrumental in identifying the lions pathways and pointing out the human restriction areas.
Walking with Jaguars in Monteverde Cloud Forest - Costa Rica:
Demonstrating how humans can interact with wild Jaguars, Adrian walked and mingled with wild Jaguars while learning behavior techniques and filming a documentary.
A documentary "Wild cats and humans" was filmed.
Working with wild Bison:
Apart from having a herd of Bison on the family ranch, Adrian encouraged wild Bison to enter the property and was able to make them human friendly. He even was able to ride them as a demonstration of calmness between human and wild animal.
Documentary with wild elephants in Sri Lanka:
Sri Lanka had a human / elephant conflict causing many deaths on both sides.
Adrian was called in to advice on ways to relocate the wild elephants. Disagreeing on relocation, Adrian offered to teach village folk how to live in harmony with the wild elephants.
A part of this educational demonstration was to walk into wild elephant herds and mingle with them in order to show how humans can in fact be a part of a wild elephant herd.
3 demonstrations were done in 3 parts of the country witnessed by village folk in order to learn that humans can live in harmony with wild elephants without conflict.
A documentary "Walking with wild elephants" was filmed.
