For the best results:
Print on thicker paper, such as cardstock.
Regular 24 lb. letter paper is a bit thin and may be transparent, making it easier to see the answers through the page.
You can laminate it to make it last longer and easier to spin.

It’s helpful to place a small piece of tape behind the center area before cutting the slit for the brad. This prevents tearing when the wheel spins, especially if it’s not laminated.
Carefully cut out all the marked openings
Cut both pieces out first, laminate them, and then cut out all the parts for assembly.
Before adding the brad, cut the center slit again to make sure it’s open for fastening.
