Enter Sonic.EXE PC Port...for SEGA Genesis!

SONIC.BIN is an upcoming rom hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 1 for SEGA Genesis. Self-explanatory right? Only you don't immediately play as Tails at the beginning of the game. And this project was originally from, the one and only, Selectro The SpeedVolt!!! The concept came to life on January 22nd, 2024. Two days after my earliest series "Battle for Gaming Island" official turned 5 years old. In an extra note, the development was only available in group chats.

Story

So, the story is basically Sonic.EXE (especially the PC Port version) but with a different flavor.

One day, Sonic and Tails were roaming around Green Hill Zone, until Tails randomly started to devour him (ew). So now Tails explores Green Hill once again to look for Sonic the Hedgehog.

Mechanics

You guys know the drill, it literally just vanilla Sonic the Hedgehog 1 but with some few bugfixes. The game will also include an "S" monitor that was originally unused in the original game. But instead of the monitor just doing nothing, an "S" monitor can basically grant you what might be a key to a good ending! There is also the static monitor in which you have to destroy to prevent GenesisMD from chasing you. You're really gonna need it to also get the good ending.
