Ride the infamous Lobster Ride in the San Gabriel Mountains with full support from Adobo Velo. These are the same legendary roads featured in the 2019 Tour of California, where Tadej Pogačar claimed his first UCI World Tour victory.
Choose your challenge:
• Short Claw “T-Rex” Route-
Skipped arm day but still 80 miles with 8,800 feet of climbing. (still earns full KOM credit)
• The Lobster –
101 miles with 13,000 feet of climbing, the ultimate test for the brave
The remote nature of this route and limited SAG support used to be one of the biggest barriers to attempting the Lobster. Now, with full support from Adobo Velo, you can ride it with confidence. This is a true bucket-list ride for many Adoobos.

Complete the registration form for the KOM Challenge stage
Check-in at registration
