Over the course of CSIT 101 I learned a lot of new things about Microsoft office. I learned that one drive is very useful in case you want to store some files that are not on your computer or files that you did on someone else's computer you can just easily upload them to one drive and you can access them whenever you want. Also I learned new things about Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access I learned a lot of new things about all of these and also I didn't know what Access was but I got to know that in this class. I learned a lot of new things about technology like how can it be dangerous and how it can be useful. I learned that a lot of scams online get a lot of people to fall for them because they make it look so legit and real that some old people fall for it and lose money. Technology also is helping people like accessing world wide news and more information.
