Admissibility
Without it, systems cannot distinguish between:
data and evidence
signals and truth
observations and conclusions
Data becomes evidence only when it meets specific conditions:
It is captured before intervention
It is preserved in continuous sequence
It is bounded by complete context
It is protected from alteration or reconstruction
Anything less may inform—but it cannot justify action.
Admissibility is not a feature.
It is not an enhancement.
It is a gate.
A required condition that must be satisfied before:
interpretation occurs
decisions are made
or actions are executed
When admissibility becomes a requirement:
incomplete information is prevented from driving action
assumptions are structurally blocked
uncertainty is exposed instead of hidden
and systems are forced to operate within validated boundaries
Admissibility depends on the existence of a continuous, governed record.
Without a preserved record:
sequence cannot be verified
context cannot be reconstructed
and truth cannot be established
This is why:
Admissibility is not possible without continuity.
With admissibility in place, systems no longer operate freely on available data.
They operate under constraint:
If evidence is sufficient → action is permitted
If evidence is insufficient → action is blocked
If context is incomplete → escalation is required
This introduces a fundamental change:
From systems that can act
to systems that are allowed to act
