Oral presentation and Poster Guideline
Oral presentation guideline
The total time for each talk in the regular sessions is 20 minutes (except for keynote lectures which are 40 minutes and perspective tals that are 30 minutes). We suggest that you prepare a 15-minute talk, with 5 minutes for questions and answers. A computer and projector will be available in each room for your use. Our preference is that you use the room computer to project your presentation. If you wish to do this, please ensure your talk is uploaded onto the room computer and tested prior to the start of your session. If you wish to use your own computer please ensure you have all necessary connections and that you have tested it in the room of your talk prior to the start of the session (in the room HDMI connectivity is available).
Poster guideline
The poster sessions will be held during coffee breaks on Monday 28th April (in the afternoon) and on Tuesday 29th April (morning and afternoon). However, the posters will remain on display throughout the conference in the room where all coffee and lunch breaks will take place to give plenty of opportunity to discuss.
The poster title, author(s)’s name(s) and affiliation(s) should be placed at the top of the poster. All illustrations, charts and pictures should be visible from a distance of 1.5 m. The poster size should be in A0 format (85 cm in width and 120 cm in height).
