Updates on Accommodation:

An email has been sent to all registered participants who opted "yes" for accommodation regarding your accommodation during the conference days. The matter is as follows:

For those who are opting for free accommodation in hostels:-

1. The rooms are triple sharing.

2. Bathrooms and toilets are common on each floor.

3. You need to bring your own bedsheet, pillow and blanket.

For those who are opting for accommodation in Emza Suits / Gypsy hotel:-

1. Both these hotels are less than 500 mts away from the venue. Closer than the hostels, to be more precise.

2. The number of rooms in these hotels are very less (15 each - Non-AC + AC). So preference will be given to those who fill this form on a first submitted first served basis.
