There will be best paper presentation awards for 'Professor S. S. Shrikhande Memorial Endowment Award' and 'Professor R. Balakrishnan Endowment Award'. The guidelines for both the awards are,
The presenting author must be under 35 years of age as of January 1, 2025.
If the presenting author holds a Ph.D., it must have been awarded within the last three years.

Indication of whether the paper should be considered for the Best Paper Award (see eligibility below).

Best Paper Award Consideration:
If you wish your paper to be considered for the Best Paper Preentation Award, you must explicitly mention this in the email body.
Attachment Requirements:
Submit the full paper (abstract alone is not sufficient) as a PDF file.
Name the file in the following format: [First Author Last Name]_[Short Paper Title].pdf (e.g., Smith_MachineLearningPaper.pdf).
Ensure the paper adheres to the conference’s format and submission guidelines.

Deadline:
The deadline for submission is available at important dates. Late submissions will not be considered.
Proceedings:
A special issue of 'Ars Combinatoria' with Prof. Peter Cameron as the Managing Editor will be published as the proceedings of the conference.
A special issue of 'Indian Journal of Discrete Mathematics' will also be published as the proceedings of the conference.
