Our first meeting of the year, Sept. 8, Zoom meeting.
FUN February 2020 meeting
Members showed how much heart they have, by collecting a massive amount of paper supplies for the Heart Haven home in Chesapeake. This home provides a safe environment for 3 to 5 ladies who are mentally challenged to live with as much independence as possible.
Kathy Martin provided us with a beautifully designed and artistic pig for our Feed the Pig fundraiser. We will be collecting change in our piggy bank for the Richmond Justice Initiative.
Master Gardener, Sherry Smeland provided a very interesting and colorful program about container gardening. She also just happens to be our President Elect. We are fortunate to have such talented members.
January 2020 meeting
The League of Women Voters from Williamsburg gave us a program.
Did you know women finally won the right to vote in 1920?! This year is the Centennial of that momentous accomplishment.
At our December meeting we celebrated Lucille's 90th birthday and had fun playing Christmas games with great food and fellowship.
November meeting
Judy Pantalides told us about a trip every year to take student teachers to Belize.
Volunteers at the Salvation Army helped sort toys and presents for needy families in our area.

Our guest speaker for October was the Shoe Lady. We donated shoes and enjoyed hearing about the good work this organization does giving shoes for Christmas to kids in our Tidewater area.
