My latest role has been as Sous Chef at Sanagans Meat Locker, known as an multi-award winning butcher. There I managed a kitchen of 8, where we produced over $1 Million a year of retail products and catering. On top of recipe development and training new cooks, I oversaw inventory control and transfers between 3 stores. I am highly adept at multitasking, and training presently for on the job skills.
