For the past 20 years I have worked in the culinary industry, from line cook to sous chef. But nothing is forever. It is time to move on. I believe the skills I have can make me a competitive candidate in this field. My ability to problem solve and communicate with different teams are useful in most jobs. I spend time out looking for street art. There are so many. you can walk by a pole and see a tiny brass Sculpture welded to a signpost. They are love letters from someone I have never met in a remarkable city. The fact that they usually temporary is what makes them a little more special. Kensington Market is a living thing, changing day by day, whether it be the paint on an electrical box or a stencil of Bruce Lee. I live near Church St. as well and the history and art of the neighbourhood is breathtaking.
