Joined Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bihar, in 2012 as Assistant Professor-cum-Junior Scientist. Since then, actively engaged in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, alongside contributing to research and extension activities.
Promoted to Associate Professor-cum-Senior Scientist in 2026, with effect from September 2025.
