Currently associated with Nippon Bottle Facility Management Company and Eagle Eye Holdings as Human Resources Manager for an Internationally renowned restaurant chain. Earlier associated with The Marriott Hotel, Ahmedabad, Indian Hotel Company Limited (IHCL – Taj group of Hotels) and Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Towers, in both Operational and Human Resources Department.

Recruitment, Re-sourcing & Development:
Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from
diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
Arranging and reviewing job analysis, job descriptions and human specifications
Hiring, preparing Offer Letters & Contracts of Employment and ensuring that the
new starter documentation completes before joining
Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired
employees and executing the same
Conducting campus placements, by visiting different colleges across India and
selecting potential students.
Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different
functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews
Putting in place Selection Procedures, Online /Manual Tests & Administration
Handling job portals, maintaining a track of all recruitment in all units.
B. Personnel Management:
Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive &
remuneration policies.
Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial
management-employee relations.
Handling disciplinary matters and the course of action to be taken and also
organizing and holding enquiries and implementing disciplinary action.
Be responsible for all follow-up interviews following on from appraisals and offer the
appropriate guidance and advice. Generating Appointment Letters, Increment/
Promotion Letters, Transfer Orders, warning letters.
Maintaining Attendance Records, Leave, Leave Encashment, Personnel files.
C. Training and Coordination:
Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for
particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies & organizing
Induction Training for new recruits
Conceptualizing & developing need based training modules for developing multi
skilled work force for cross utilization within sub processes for optimum efficiency
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by continuously developing and
implementing pre & post assessment tools
Incorporating bonded teamwork & managing healthy environment
D. Administration
Day to day office administration.
Maintaining all reports, files and data for basic human resource functions.
Issues related to employee grievance, management, working conditions, cafeteria,
house inventory, leaves and holidays.
All reports generation including HR-MIS, Critical Vacancies, Attrition, etc.
