Insurance

I do not bill insurance companies directly. Payment is due at the time of service via cash or credit/debit cards. No checks please. Patients will receive an itemized receipt that can be submitted to their insurance company for potential reimbursement. I am in network with several of our local insurance plans and depending on your plan and your individual benefits, insurance companies are often reimbursing patients 50-80% the cost of their visit.
