By not accepting insurance plans, I avoid the high overhead costs, administrative burdens, and documentation demands that often come with them. This process allows me to focus more time and resources on patient care rather than paperwork. With a smaller patient panel, I can prioritize quality over quantity which offers longer, more meaningful visits and more frequent appointments as needed. Patients also benefit from improved access to care through secure communication options within a reasonable and responsive timeframe.
While Adirondack Nurse Practitioner Adult Health P.C. does not accept insurance, you may be able to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. If this step is something you'd like to explore, please contact your insurance company. Any insurance reimbursements are a matter between the insurance carrier and the patient.
You might be able to. Please contact your health insurance provider and employer to inquire whether this is an option as an Out of Network Provider.
Nothing changes when it comes to your care coordination. Lab work, imaging, and specialist referrals will continue to be processed through your insurance as usual. Prescriptions will still be sent to your preferred pharmacy just like always.
I am not certified with medicade therefore you cannot be seen by this practice.
