All bona fide learners and currently employed teaching and non-teaching staff of SFES are granted access to the LRC. Visiting users, on the other hand, may be granted limited access upon presentation of a valid ID or a formal recommendation letter. Anyone who wishes to borrow materials must observe the following:
Learners. A student is permitted to borrow one book at a time for a maximum of 24 hours.
Faculty. A faculty member may borrow up to five books at a time for seven days, which may be renewed for another seven days unless recalled by another user.
Visiting Users. A visitor may only use the resources inside the LRC and is not allowed to check out any materials.
All reservations for facilities, equipment, and other services must be submitted at least three days before the scheduled use.Â
