The Ading Learning Resource Center (LRC) originated from a community engagement project led by the San Fermin Elementary School community, in collaboration with Teacher Fellows from Teach for the Philippines. The LRC aims to offer a conducive learning space for the students with accessible resources. It is envisioned to cultivate a sustainable culture of learning.

For many of the learners, the center is their first real encounter with books, technology, and learning beyond the four walls of a classroom. It is a space where imagination is sparked, and where dreams begin to take root.
