Teaching Philosophy
I believe that the purpose of teaching business courses is not to simply spoon-feed knowledge to students but to help them become better practitioners. To attain this goal, I always organize my class in a way that could stimulate students’ interests in the subject, cultivate their capability for critical thinking, and prepare them for practical application. With these three elements in mind, I see my role as a facilitator who guides and motivates students to independent learning.
