Online options
Up to 30% can be attended online in the first half and 20% in the second half – however some segments may be compulsory in-person due to the nature of the teaching and learning
'Online’ will not be an option for the FI-dominant segments
Missed hours
Hours missed can be made up after negotiation with the Educational Director - potentially by reviewing recorded material, submitting written reports or attending similar segments in other training programs
Students may miss a maximum of 20 hours in any one segment or a total of 50 hours in the aggregate
Program Structure
The structure will be distributed across 4 modes to maximise flexibility and accessibility:
1. Weekly 2 hour sessions of ATM® and discussion, in 4 x 10 week terms spread across the calendar year
2. Weekend segments – 6 hours per day, four times a year (end of each quarter)
3. Week-long retreats – 7 hours per day, twice a year (January and July each year)
4. Independent and Peer learning – one hour per week, including a regular online tutorial
Students will be exposed to a variety of teaching styles within the training context, including exposure to a minimum of four Trainers (each teaching at least 50 hours)
Functional Integration® lessons
Twelve Functional Integration® lessons will be offered to each student as part of the training and included in the tuition
All of these lessons shall be given under the direction of the ED, and may be given by a Trainer, Trainer Candidate, Assistant Trainer (and up to 5 may be given by an experienced practitioner).
Students can commence after the official start of the program up until the first 200h (10months)
