Addison Brooklyn Dillon (b. 21 March 2006) is an entrepreneur, activist, philanthropist, and Representative of Blue Ridge. In August 2021, unhappy with the state of politics in the Empire of Austenasia, she announced her run for Prime Minister.
Addison Dillon was born at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington, to Jeraby Dillon and Kia Calderon-Dillon. Her father was a tech support personnel, acting as the primary breadwinner of the family, while his mother worked minimum wage at a WinCo checkstand. From a young age, Dillon showed a profound interest in political affairs, and she would frequently "sell" her parents on her opinions about issues, albeit minor.
Dillon entered micronationalism in 2016, aged 10, when she created the Kingdom of Dillonia. She returned in 2018 with a new micronation, the Kingdom of West Florida, which went through various reforms throughout 2019 and into 2020. She subsequently joined other established micronations in order to learn more about them, and to bring that knowledge to her own projects.
Dillon became involved in Austenasia in June 2020, when she approached His Imperial Majesty Emperor Jonathan I to propose the establishment of an Austenasian Territory. The Territory was to be named Blue Ridge, and she was appointed Governor through the Blue Ridge and Florencium Carolina Act 2020. As Governor of Blue Ridge, she created a gross income by promoting tourism to the territory, thus earning Blue Ridge tourist dollars.
Blue Ridge expanded into Town status in December 2021 upon the passage of the Blue Ridge and New Flat Rock Act 2020, and consequently was appointed Acting Representative. In the Blue Ridge local election in January 2021, she was democratically elected as such by the residents of Blue Ridge.
Dillon is currently Representative of Blue Ridge, one of three Austenasian delegates to the Grand Unified Micronational, limitanei commander for Blue Ridge, and an Austenasian police officer in Blue Ridge. Formerly, she was the Governor of Blue Ridge.
Outside of micronationalism, she has started a statistics company and is a voting rights activist.
