Dancers Arrive: 9:30 AM
9:30AM
Dancers arrive & check-in with staff. Go to assigned dressing room location. Doors open for all attendees
9:45AM
All dancers in first 6 routines and opening number will be taken backstage to be lined up for the start of the show.
10:00AM
Show begins- Dancers will picked up by staff to be taken backstage. Please keep your student in the dressing room area!
10 Min Intermission
Dancers opening the second half will need to stay backstage during this time. (first 4 routines)
End of Show
All students will be taken backstage a few numbers before the last performance for the final bow. Families may pick up their dancer from the stage after the bow!
