Quality of Insulation Installation (QII) (Three Trips) Inspection: $350

-Infiltration Verification (Blower Door)
*Certification Processing /Service Fee: $250 for each one. (for 1 trip-Base Fee).
*Additional test: $50 Trip fee. + $50 for each service.
*Refrigerant Charge Verification is required for ALL HVAC alterations involving modifications to the components of a "Split HVAC System."
** Cooling Coil Airflow Verification and Fan Watt Draw Verification is required for all installations involving a completely new heating cooling and duct system.

Policies:
Cancellation of scheduled appointments has become a major time consumer for ALL of us, all cancellations occurring within 24 hours of an appointment, or after a technician is dispatched may result in scheduling or trip changes.
If more than 60 minutes of total travel is involved with any project additional fees may be quoted.
Certification for "passing" houses is provided as soon as possible upon verification of test results. CF-3 forms are generated by the HERS provider and NOT by the HERS rater. We strive to provide these documents as quickly as humanly possible.
Lower rates apply to multiple homes in a single development and for multifamily structures.
All HERS inspections by ADAMINA are COD.
ADAMINA makes every reasonable effort to work with the HVAC contractor to obtain passing results. However, re-testing, waiting time and time spent assisting the contractor to identify leak locations are subject to additional charges payable at the rate of $85.00 per hour.
