• HERS Raters are individuals who have been certified by the California Energy Commission as special inspectors capable of conducting various HERS-related tasks, such as HERS Ratings, HERS testing, HERS certification, HERS verification, duct testing, or acting as a third-party HERS Rater for HERS tests and duct tests.

• Our services include a State Certified Title 24 HERS Rater Duct Test and Refrigerant Charge Measurement, along with the necessary forms such as CF-1R, CF-2R and CF-3R required by the City and County for HERS duct tests.

• We offer HERS Testing and Duct Testing services to AC Contractors, Builders, and Homeowners in Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. If you reside outside of these areas, please contact us and we will assist you in locating a HERS Rater for a HERS test or duct testing in your region.
