Mission Statement
The Adult Community Transition (ACT) Program is dedicated to empowering young adults with special needs by fostering independence, community engagement, and essential life skills. Through personalized learning experiences, vocational training, and social development, we strive to equip our students with the tools needed for a successful transition into adulthood.
Goals & Objectives
Provide individualized instruction to enhance independent living skills.
Offer vocational training and job readiness support.
Promote community-based learning through partnerships with local businesses.
Encourage self-advocacy, communication, and social skills development.
Support students and families in navigating legal and life planning, including conservatorship guidance.

In the ACT Program there are currently 3 different student lunch options:
Students bring money and purchase lunch out in the community
Students bring a lunch from home
Students order a free school lunch (note: these are not hot lunches)
