PLEASE READ IN FULL

TUITION

-Tuition must be paid no later than the 1st of every month

The tuition amount is determined once enrollment begins. If enrollment has begun and you don't know the tuition amount please reach out

-If tuition is not paid, there will be a $5 late fee added on for every day tuition is not paid (eg. by the 4th it will be a $15 late fee).

If there is any issues with not being able to pay tuition please reach out so we can work things out and you wont have to pay the late fee.

-If a full month goes by with no tuition payment your student will be dropped from the program, and if necessary I will take the charge to small claims court.

-No refund will be given for tuition if the month has started, if paid early and the tuition period has not started and a refund is needed- a refund can be given. 

-$50 is required after registration for your students material fees, and is required to hold your students 

PICKUP

-Preschool ends at 11:45, and a previously identified parent or guardian must be present to pick up the child. I will give a five minute window, but once the clock hits 11:50, every minute your child stays with me will occur a $1 charge (eg. 10 minutes late is a $10 fee).

If there is an issue picking up a child please reach out to me by call or text. I understand that life happens, and I want to work with you. I value my time however, and any repeated problems will make it harder for me to be flexible.

-Each family will receive one late pass that can be used in the case that you are late for pick up (up to 15 minutes). Using a late pass will wave the late fee, but once used cannot be used again. If you are more than 15 minutes late and use the late pass the late fee will start counting up after the 15 minutes.

OTHER

-Student must be between the ages of 3-4 once the school year has begun (august)

If your child is a different age, and will not be attending kindergarten this upcoming school year please reach out

-Student must be potty trained

-Other terms are subject to change up to the start of the school year and each parents/guardian will be made aware of any changes before the school year begins.
